Let’s talk about how to have a healthy liver this morning.
Most of us have gone in for a regular check up and had our blood profile done, only to be told we’re in fairly good shape but our cholesterol is a little high, our sugar could surely be better and we have a sluggish or fatty liver.
DID YOU KNOW a healthy liver is absolutely necessary for life? DID YOU KNOW if you have diabetes or anemia or gallbladder problems or even high cholesterol and other problems … any or all of those problems could very well be due to a sluggish or fatty liver?
WHAT IS A FATTY LIVER?
A fatty liver is one in which excess fat has accumulated inside the liver cells and normal and healthy liver tissue is slowly being replaced by fatty tissue. That fatty tissue is going to slow down your metabolism and your body is going to burn less fat because OF it. Which is going to turn right around and make you fat all OVER. :-0
What’s the Cause of Fatty Liver?
A fatty liver is caused mainly by a bad diet. It usually means you’re eating too many high carb foods and way too much sugar. Prescription meds can also cause it and a few other every day things. SO we have to always be on guard to take good care of our liver.
WHAT IS SLUGGISH LIVER?
A sluggish liver is one that just isn’t functioning properly. And it has gone lazy or sluggish because of your diet also. Being around toxic chemicals can also cause sluggish liver as can prescription meds and other everyday things.

The good thing about all of this IS – even though our liver is the hardest working organ in our body, it is also the quickest and easiest to rejuvenate.
