It’s the day to rejoice over the Fat Sick and Nearly Dead documentary!

It’s a grand and groovy, yet gloomy and drizzly … zippity doo dah day in the canyon this morning but I’m excited in spite of the gloom BECAUSE … THIS IS THE DAY MY FAT, SICK AND NEARLY DEAD DVD #2 is supposed to arrive.

I’m SO excited to see this video.  I have their first video and have even loaned it out to several friends and family.  That was an AMAZING video … the #1 Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead!

It followed Joe Cross on his journey to restore his health with a juice fast and by doggies he DID it and actually helped a few others along the way.  SO NOW, he’s come out with Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead #2 and we follow MANY people who have gone on a juicing journey to turn around this health issue and that. I AM SO EXCITED!!!

I knew this video was going to really get me stirred up about juicing and it’s many health benefits … so I’m ready!   I’ve stocked extra carrots and spinach and I’m going to add some apples and a little beet.  But I can’t wait to see how these people turned their health around and just what health issues they had and how long they took.

Well and this is also the day I may win the Chevy Camaro from that Chevrolet company giving away to Camaro’s.  I don’t want a Camaro myself … but I thought we’d trade it in on a Ford Fusion and let one of the kids have it.  There isn’t a better car on the road than a Fusion.  We have one now and I wouldn’t trade it for a farm in Texas.

You know … folks joke about Ford’s … they said FORD stands for “Found On Road Dead” … but let me tell ya … it just isn’t possible that we could have had a more reliable care for the 50 years we’ve been together … it’s been Fords for us all the way through the decades.
