Do you love doodling? It’s a Doodle Day Round Up filled with doodle ideas and excitement and we’re doing it ALL for YOU! We were so excited as we perused the Brownielock’s calendar to see “Doodle Day”! We love to doodle and we’re always anxious to find any reason or excuse to do so!
Kim is a master doodler. She has stacks of books and albums full of her doodles. You could literally take a relaxing vacation into the world of Kim’s doodle books, albums and sketch pads and get a glimpse into her creative mind.
I’m a piddler doodler – I doodle on my grocery list, in my bible – in song books while I’m waiting for church to start :-0 In books I’m reading. On notes I write to Geezer to leave on his work bench or bathroom cabinet or in his truck for him to find. I’ll literally doodle on any piece of paper that gets in front of me and doesn’t move for more than a minute if my hands are free.
Kim’s doodles are exotic and playful – some are wild and eclectic. Mine are more like smiley faces, big eyes, hearts and flowers with those little curly q lines with leaves and dots … lol
Kim’s look like they were done by a seasoned professional artist. Mine look like they were done by a little girl in 5th grade – lol
However – we wanted to take this opportunity to educate ourselves and you, our readers – so we looked it up to find out just exactly how “Doodle Day” came to be….
