As a 72 year old holistic health and wellness advocate since 1977 – going on 42 years of studies and research now – our pharmacy is in our kitchen. “Our JUICER is our drugstore!”
Now we’re not purist by any sense of the word – we have Hershey Kisses in our frig most of the time. We eat ice cream and we fry chicken and more But we do what we hope is enough of the ‘good things’ – to keep us healthy and balanced.
At 72 and 73 our doctor told us at this years physical that we were 2 of his healthiest patients – and that has to be – because we juice when we can – we take a few supplements – we eat fairly healthy – and we MOVE!!!
Aging Gracefully – A Day In Our Life
My day begins between 3-4 am – and Geezer’s day begins about 7am – but our day doesn’t begin so we can sit in front of the television – and munch and lounge all day.
Geezer always has a project going somewhere on our grounds or in his workshop – and my daily duties are far too many to list here …
We rarely stop moving from our waking hour – until about 4pm for him – and 7pm for me. And we have stamina and energy to spare when we stop.

Depending on the kinds of food and drink you consume – you are – on a daily basis – making yourself healthier – or you’re making yourself sicker – and you are personally making that choice … on a daily basis.
So don’t get on fb and whine around about those migraine’s you have 2-3-4 times a week – or your Fibromyalgia – or all of those other aches and pains we see posted about dozens of times a week –
PUT ON YOUR WORK BOOTS – and DO something about it!!!
SO MANY PEOPLE are committing a slow suicide with their kitchen forks!!!
