Well…here I am finally……I found myself in the middle of a crime investigation this morning…and it was so scary I can’t even tell you about it……and it kind of rattled my brain for a bit…..leave it to me to always be in the wrong place at the wrong time……I’m sooooooooooooo talented in that way….But I’ve settled down now and I’m going to try to talk to you for a bit about foods that heal….I hope you read yesterdays blog “BREAKING NEWS: A MUST SHARE STORY!” And if you didn’t..please find it in the list along the side of this blog and read it now and then share it. Because it’s a story of hope and healing and it came from a man that I emailed with just this past week..that healed his own body of terminal kidney and lung cancer….Now his kidney cancer is totally gone…and his lung cancer is just tons better…but he still has a ways to go….but this is ALSO over 4 years after he was first diagnosed with terminal cancer….and he’s up and going strong and making memories with his family.. And he’ll be the first one to tell you…it hasn’t been an easy road…but he’s winning and that’s what matters…..
Will Kramers daily routine is filled with healing activities and specific foods and juices…but let’s just talk a few minutes this morning about the importance of just a couple of healing foods.
Carrots: We all know that to have a healthy body…we must have a good PH level…we can’t be too acidic or too alkaline….we have to have a good balance there….And carrots and carrot juice are a good and rapid alkalizer. The juice of these veggies are always best…because those nutrients will go right to the cells and get to work ASAP…Carrot juice is good to improve the quality of our blood…and they contain all the elements and vitamins that are required by our body….ALL of them.
Carrot juice is a super DUPER cleanser of bile and waste that accumulates in the liver from years of bad eating…..Carrot juice will help faulty circulation…that right there is MAJOR NEWS…and ulcers and anemia and so SO much more. Rheumatic ailments are a result of nutritional disorders and they will respond rapidly to carrot and celery juice.
Celery: It’s loaded with magnesium, sodium and iron and it’s really quieting to the nerves. It’s said if you have a little carrot/celery juice before bedtime…You’ll sleep like a baby. I guess I need to DO that. Carrot and Celery is the juice combination that Solomon Wickey recommends for his cancer patients and others…so it MUST pack a powerful whollop..or Solomon wouldn’t mess with it.
It’s said that if you’re a person that can’t stand the heat in summer, just drink a little celery juice and walla….no more heat problems. Now you won’t be mistaking celery juice for a Coca Cola…it’s not the most delicious drink in the world…it’s kind of tart…but if you mix it with a little carrot or apple…it’s okie dokie….
APPLES: You know what they say….”An apple a day will keep the doctor away”. AND that may just be true. Apples are rich in magnesium, iron and silicon and potassium. ALL good things for the heart especially.
Spinach: Raw spinach juice….aaaaaaaahhhhh. Did you know that a glass of raw spinach juice will correct the most stubborn case of constipation? YUP!!! Sure will. You may have to drink it down a couple times a day for a couple of days. But OH my GOODNESS…Spinach is rich in all the nutrients that are really crucial…magnesium, potassium, calcium. And it’s said to be one of the most nourishing foods we can ever eat. Now spinach juice ‘sounds’ like it would be really yucky in taste. But it’s delicious really! Sweet and very filling…once you get past the fact that you’re drinking something GREEN.
Oh geeeeeeeeeeeeeeezzz there was so much I wanted to tell you about these foods today…but I’m telling ya….my brain…is scrambled from my ordeal this morning….So let’s just wrap it up and start fresh tomorrow….how bout it. We have some really REALLY good stuff coming up the end of next week…about Thursday….We’re going to be starting our year long study of “How we can make 2013 the best year of our lives”…and we can ALL do this…Be making a list of the most important areas in your life…and next Thursday…we’ll mark on a chart where we are on a scale of 1 to 10 on our own specific areas…and we’re be working towards doing better each day. This is really going to be fun…and who doesn’t want to improve….boy I sure do…
