Aging is not a disease! Did you know that? According to some of the greatest minds in medical science – almost every illness/disease – is brought about by our very own diet and lifestyles.

So before we even go any further – just stop and think about yourself – right now.
On a scale of 1 to 10 – how good do you feel right this minute? Do you feel kind of light – positive – happy? Do you have any aches and pains anywhere right now? Do you feel like you could almost take on the world – if called upon to do so?
Aging is NOT a Disease: DIET
The foods we eat – and the life styles we each live – are almost totally responsible – for whether or not we are living pretty healthy lives – or whether we are constantly battling a cold – the flu – headaches/migraines – arthritis – gout – diabetes – cancer – heart disease and oh so much more.
Now it usually takes a long time to break the body down – and wear a person out- before the worst health issues and aches and pains set in. It takes years – usually – of pouring junk food and drinks into our bodies like it’s going out of style – and starving our very own bodies of the nutrients it so needs – before we do major damage.
But let’s put our future health – on ahead of us into the future. What about just tomorrow? Do you realize that what you eat and drink today – will affect the way you feel – when you get up in the morning? Do you want to purposely sabbotage the way you’re going to feel – and your productivity – tomorrow – by what you put into your mouth today?
Aging is NOT a Disease: The 3 Day Test
There’s a very simple 3 day test that you can do starting today – to prove to yourself that what you eat today – will affect the way you feel tomorrow.
It’s very simple!!!
TODAY – eat all the junk food you can eat – or the amount you normally eat. Have high carb meals and snacks – maybe cheese and gravy – pizza – fast food burger and fries. When you set down tonight – if you normally snack in the evening – have a big piece of cake or pie and follow that with ice cream.
Now on day 2 – note immediately when you get up – just how you feel. Jot that down on a piece of paper – so you won’t forget. You probably feel very sluggish – aches and pains here and there … brain fog – and just not raring to get up and go in the least …
During the day on day 2 – eat only those things that will nourish your body.
Start your day with a glass of water that you have squeezed the juice of one lemon in – and add a pinch of Celtic or Himalayan Sea Salt to that water and drink it down …
Have a very light breakfast – if you’re a breakfast eater – maybe just a couple boiled eggs – to get some protein in that body.
Have a light lunch – and if you snack during the day – have just a few walnuts (maybe 5-6 halves) and a half slice of cheese.
For supper have grilled chicken – and another salad or a low carb veggie –
Drink only lemon water during the day … or plain water – and drink lots of it – to flush all the toxins out of your body from previous days …
If you must have an evening snack – have the same snack as above – a few nuts and cheese.
NOW – on day 3 – note immediately when you get up – just how you feel. Jot that down so you can compare later –
You’ll find that you feel lighter – not nearly as many aches and pains – brain fog is lifting and you have more of a ‘get up and go’ feeling on day 3 than you had on day 2 after a day of bad eating …
That ‘should be’ – all the proof you need. You now know how what you eat today – and tomorrow and on and on and on – will affect the way you feel on a daily basis …
Aging is NOT a Disease: And MORE GOOD News
BUT THE GOOD NEW IS – You can reverse those conditions much quicker than you helped yourself – to bring them on – usually – or almost always.
So just how old IS old? Because we all know of people still almost in their youth – in their 20’s and 30’s – that are just nearing rock bottom health, stamina and energy wise.
But we also know of people well into their senior years – and even 80’s and beyond – who can work circles around many or most of the younger generations of today.
So why IS that?
Well – it’s because old age – is not a matter of the years we’ve lived – it’s a matter of how strong and healthy the cells of our body are and that has been determined by the way we have treated our own priceless cells – with the foods and drinks – we’ve sent their way … and our very own life style.
Age is NOT a Disease: Does Blood Type Matter – Where Diet Is Concerned?
I’ve been studying the book “Eat Right For Your Blood Type” (Get it here for your Kindle!) – – – Now I’ve had that book – for 20 years – but I’ve just really been pondering diet and lifestyle as compared to our own friends and family lately – and by doggies – I’ve convinced myself that there’s something to that.
SO I went on amazon to read the review of my own ages old book “Eat Right For Your Blood Type” and what I found what that people were feeling miraculous results – just by eating for their own blood type.
One lady even stated that she tried the diet – and felt much worse and was livid she had bought the book. Went to her doctor for a check up and found she was eating by the wrong blood type. She was wrong about which blood type – she was. She started over – using the right diet for her blood type and she said in no time – she was feeling tons and tons better and she swears by it now.
For instance – Geezer is blood type 0 – and the diet for O blood type – describes him to a “T” – – He needs meat to survive – he’d be gone or bedridden in no time – on that ‘healthy diet’ of grains and veggies and no meat – but you can feed that man a boiled egg for breakfast with a little grilled venison – and he likes to skip lunch – then beef and a salad for an early supper about 4pm – – and he can work circles around young guys way less than half his age …
I’m blood type B – and I can eat most anything but high carbs – and they knocked the props out from under me like I’ve been hit by a sledge hammer.
SO – we’re beginning a new experiment at our house – and we’re not going cold turkey – but we’re going to back way – way off – on the foods that are bad for our blood types – and concentrate on those that are beneficial for our blood type … I’ll let you know.
That’s about it for today … I just wanted to challenge you to join me during the month of January. Because at age 72 and 73 – I’m going to see what I can do to help my old geezer and myself – age backwards. We do pretty good as it is – but we juice – eat pretty healthy and work like we’re Pilgrims or Amish – 🙂 – – – We are not sitters or loafers … we go from daylight to dark every single day but Sunday …

And it isn’t a starvation diet by any sense of the word. AND IT’S SAID – that if you are eating according to your blood type – you can eat 3 big meals a day and still lose weight and feel good – if you’re eating for your own blood type ...
