MUSCLE SPASMS? YES!!! You can “stop muscle spasms in 3 minutes” or less – using – something you already have in your frig?
Life just doesn’t get any easier than stopping those horrific muscle spasms that attack the calves of our legs – our toes and fingers – and so much more.
If we were to go to the doctor with this ailment – we’d probably be given an MRI – blood work so intense – we may need a transfusion when they were done – and THEN be given a muscle relaxant which has caused sudden death in way too many people – or symptoms much more serious than the muscle spams you initially went to that doctor for.
How “I” Learned How To Stop “Muscle Spasms” Quickly
I should have known this already – but sadly – I didn’t. But I learned this remedy in the summer of 2015 when I helped our oldest son do 7 weeks of clean up – after his last flood. Now that was 7 weeks of working 12 hours a day – 7 days a week – and I only took off Sunday mornings for church.
The work was wet – dirty – intense – and it was JULY – so in spite of all we were doing to prevent dehydration – we were all experiencing dehydration – dizzy spells – headaches – and those horrific muscle spasms – – it was just horrific.
Muscle Spasm? Charlie Horse? Yellow Mustard To The Rescue
Early on during that particular flood clean up – I saw our son hobble into his home and followed him to see what was wrong. He said “I’m fine Mom – I’m having horrific muscle spasms – I’m going to have a spoonful of yellow mustard and I’ll be back out there and up and running in 5 minutes or less.
I said “WHAT? YELLOW MUSTARD?” He said “Yup I don’t know what it is – but yellow mustard will stop even the worst muscle spasms in about 2-3 minutes – it’s like some kind of crazy miracle happens.” LoL
SO – over the next few weeks – we ALL experienced muscle spasms and I ended up buying 2-3 big bottles of yellow mustard – during that clean up stint – to keep us all pain free and moving.
NOW – we use it in the canyon – and with this heat wave this summer – and now the huge downed tree from the storm last week – we were having those muscle spasms so often – I finally said to Geezer – “Let’s just start our day with a tsp of Yellow Mustard!” We did that – and haven’t had a muscle spasm since …
YELLOW MUSTARD – ANY BRAND – We happen to have French’s in the frig right now. But I always just buy which ever one is cheapest.
Yellow mustard contains apple cider vinegar and TURMERIC – and I don’t know why it brings on the instant miracle of muscle relaxation – but it sure does.
SO – you have a choice!!! Which will YOU choose – a home remedy that works – or a trip to the doctor – mega dollars out of your billfold – and THEN a prescription drug that could cause you a lot more trouble than the muscle spasms you are already having problems with? Choose wisely – head for the frig instead of the doctor …

Spasm sometimes strike my toe muscles. Trying this out next time, for sure.
Speaking about muscles, magnesium is vital for their proper functioning; frequent spasms often indicate a magnesium deficiency.

That’s true – magnesium is critical. My own cardiologist told me that many people who die instantly of a first heart attack – are simply low in magnesium. I preach magnesium like I’m at a Billy Graham crusade. HOWEVER – even people who are ok with their potassium and magnesium levels – are having horrific problems with leg spasms. Let me tell you – I TAKE magnesium and still get muscle spasms .. there is NOTHING that works instantly like this does … You can have a horrific muscle spasm in the calf of your leg and hobble to the frig and take 1 tsp of yellow mustard and by the time you hobble back to where you just came from – your muscle spasm is GONE 🙂 Thanks for reading …
