Everybody is looking for a solution to the HUGE problem of how to lose weight fast. We’re well on our way into the new year and many of us – and yes even me – started a diet at the beginning of the new year and we were gung ho for about 3 days and then the cookies and ice cream started calling our name.
Actually “I” was doing fairly well thru most of January.
I was walking a mile on the treadmill daily and watching what I ate – and then BAM – a neighborhood prowler started wrecking havoc with all our nerves within a country mile radius and I was eating every comfort food in sight. Holding a homemade cookie in one hand and a big glass of milk in the other – as I pulled our window covers back to peek out and see if he was on OUR porch again. I was beginning to feel like the Pillsbury Dough Granny.
But I’m back on track today – prowler is still on the loose and has been for almost 3 weeks now – but I just decided it may be going to take someone who marches to the beat of a different drum to run him down – and I needed to whip myself back into shape in case that somebody ended up being ME.
There really IS a SUPER fast way to lose weight.
And with this super fast diet – you can expect to lose 5 to 7 to even 10 pounds in one week.
It’s a simple diet – you won’t need to buy anything goofy or organic.
SO let’s just cut right to the chase.
You START this diet by cutting out ALL:
Sugar
Dairy
Salt
White flour
Processed Foods
You Can HAVE –
Breakfast:
1 boiled egg
1/2 grapefruit
tea or coffee with no sugar
Lunch
Salad with Tuna or skinless chicken – put a good portion of tuna or chicken in your salad.
oil and vinegar dressing or lemon juice
Tea or coffee or lemon water – no sugar
Supper
Baked or broiled skinless chicken or other lean meat (no lunch meat, hot dogs, etc)
A good portion of low carb veggies baked or steamed (we LOVE a baked veggie combo – broccoli, onions, tomatoes, zucchini, etc)
Another salad if you want it
Tea or coffee or lemon water – no sugar
SNACKS – about 10am – 2pm and 8pm
5 or 6 walnut halves or handful of almonds. WE prefer the Fischer’s Natural Nuts
TO CURB APPETITE ANY TIME – AND THIS IS CRUCIAL
1 tall glass of water with lots of squeezed fresh lemon OR
1 tall glass of water with 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
OR in an emergency situation 🙂
4 to 8 ounces of Low Sodium V8 with a little cayenne sprinkled and stirred in and 1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar.
IF you’re used to gorging all day long – you may have to eat 2-3 walnut halves a couple more times a day. But DO NOT over do that extra snack. You are curbing your appetite – not sneaking in an extra MEAL of Walnuts. IF YOU CHEAT on this diet – you will only be cheating yourself.
The Pounds Will Flow OFF
THIS PARTICULAR DIET – will just make the weight flow off – and do you know why? Because you’ll be losing all that fluid retention that’s been filling your jaws and under your eyes and your tummy – all these weeks and months and years.
The more Lemon water you drink – the faster you will lose.
Now this IS a fool proof diet. IF you follow it – you’re going to drop pounds like dropping a rock off of a 10 story building. THEN with those 7 to 10 pounds gone – and a good jump start – you can start a more serious diet. But if you add back the sugar and dairy and white flour – that fluid is going to come right back and almost overnight.
