Crestor Side Effects
Crestor Cripples My Geezer
After ‘the light bulb moment’ and we dumped the Crestor down the kitchen drain – he slowly started coming back around. THEN all we needed were a few steps to getting a HEALTHY Cholesterol number.
We both still have high cholesterol, but Geezer’s is down to about 220 from 279 and that was done with nothing more than Red Yeast Rice by the NOW Company and we order it from amazon
and we get the one with CoQ10 in it. MY cholesterol is still up about 270 if not higher because I keep forgetting to TAKE the Red Yeast Rice. But now that Geezer has come down with a sugar problem we’re on it all.
I’ve been studying sugar and it’s affects on the body this past week – although I already knew the answers. And really leaning towards the Jorge Cruise plan. He has so many books out and I have them all and what he recommends in all his books is cutting sugar and high carbs drastically and watching your bad health fly out the window and your good health come speeding back in the front door.
Dr Mark Hyman Has The Answer
THEN last night – we were watching TV and I was scrolling the news feed on my laptop and saw that a friend had posted an article by Dr Mark Hyman called “6 Steps To Healthy Cholesterol: OR Why You Should Stop Your Statins Now” I skimmed that article and said to the Geezer, “I’ll be right back I have to go to the desktop and print off this article Dianne just posted – it’s about cholesterol and it’s so simplified and I think I’ve got a handle on our problems now.”
The article was kind of long and you can read the whole thing on your own but I’ve just copied and pasted the highlights here. IF YOU HAVE A CHOLESTEROL OR SUGAR PROBLEM – you need to be following the Jorge Cruise program OR The Mark Hyman program and no there are no Coca Colas on there and no Hershey Bars. But what there is – is your ticket to good health and we should all want that.
6 SIMPLE STEPS TO HEALTHY CHOLESTEROL
- Cut out or dramatically reduce flour and sugar, because those are the things that turn on the cholesterol factory in your liver.
- Eat the right fats—avocados, nuts, seeds, coconut butter, olive oil, and fish oil. These are the good fats that help balance your blood sugar, balance your insulin, and correct lipid problems.
- Have protein for breakfast and at every meal (nuts, seeds, eggs, chicken, fish, grass-fed meats).
- Exercise.
- Manage your stress.
- Take supplements to help balance the whole system.
- First, fish oil, is great; two to four grams a day will help lower cholesterol, lower triglycerides, boost the good cholesterol, and reduce inflammation.
- Next, you can take PGX; it’s a super fiber that helps lower triglycerides and lower cholesterol in the right way. You take a scoop or five grams in a glass of water about 10 minutes before every meal. It’s a very simple but very powerful way to help you balance your insulin.
- Red rice yeast 600 mg two twice a day can help balance cholesterol, as well.
- And I use plant sterols like phytosterols that help to balance insulin, blood sugar, and cholesterol.
What a great and informative article! Our diets can just cripple us in a heart beat, almost OR they can take us out of here way too early, so we all need to be taking these things very seriously – our diets and lifestyles! We can learn to eat to live and hopefully have long and productive lives or we can live to eat and lose our lives way too early… These things will work – we’re sure going to start doing them and I hope you will too…
