Many people are looking for Psoriasis, Eczema and Sebaceous Hyperplasia Home Remedy. I’ve been one of them for decades because I have had all 3. I am a professional scratcher, dry brush buffer and I get oiled more often than the top Nascar cars at the Daytona 500.
I can sure tell you what works and what doesn’t as a psoriasis, eczema and sebaceous hyperplasia home remedy and you can trust me on this because I know as much as anyone what a miserable thing they can be.
I know all there is to know about dry scaly skin, itchy scalp, dry rough hands, dry cracked fingertips and heels.
I know all about the itch that you scratch until you break the skin and have an oozy raw burn.
I am an authority on all of the above – unfortunately!
WHAT IS PSORIASIS?
SO what is psoriasis?
Well, our old skin cells are normally replaced with new cells about every 4 weeks.
But in psoriasis, the immune system triggers inflammation and that inflammation causes the new cells to come to the surface about every 3 or 4 days instead of weeks.
That fast build up causes the awful rash that many of us know all too well and it can scale and ooze and burn and drive you right up the wall in a hurry.
WHAT IS ECZEMA?
What is eczema? It’s a skin condition that is believed to be due to structural and/or functional abnormalities in the skin cells. The eczema rash can also cause dry, itchy, scaly, oozie skin that can bring tears to your eyes before you can literally reach up and slap yourself.
One Remedy Doesn’t Fit All
The problem with remedies for psoriasis and eczema is that it’s just almost impossible to find a solution that works for everybody – so folks often have to try several medications or creams to find one that will work for them.
In the early years, actually in the early 1970’s … I literally took shots for psoriasis and that was a horrific idea on the part of my doctor. But I wasn’t into natural healing at the time and wasn’t aware of the damage – steroid shots could do.
Finding Help For My Own Eczema
In the late 1980’s my eczema cropped up so bad on my hands that I was literally unable to do much of anything. I had to sit with my open hands facing up because they were so oozie I just couldn’t use them. To get a simple shower, I had to put gallon bags over my hands and shower and dry off just as quickly as I could.
We went to 5 dermatologist during that time and spent about $1,000 on my hands.
It was a tremendous amount of money to be spending on a simple rash on my hands, but I literally couldn’t use my hands so we had to find a cure.
By this time – I had been studying natural healing about 10 years and Geezer said to me one day “Do you think there’s a remedy in some of your books?”
I said “WHY didn’t “I” think of that?” But I had been in so much pain and trying to do basic chores and cook and care for our family … I just wasn’t thinking clearly.
SO I hit the books and the first one I dug out had the answer. It was a book by Dr Andrew Weil and it was called “Spontaneous Healing” and I believe that’s still on amazon in an updated version. SUPER book!
But I found the answer in that book and he said to take Vitamin B Complex twice daily and be sure and get the one with the 100mgs in it and also take 5 brewers yeast tablets, a good magnesium/calcium/zinc capsule daily and not to use any creams on the hands at all during that time.
I did what the book said and within one week, my hands were as smooth as a baby’s bottom. I’ve since given that formula for healing a bad bout with eczema to tons of people and it works every time.
What is Sebaceous Hyperplasia?
Sebaceous Hyperplasia is a non-cancerous overgrowth of the normal oil glands in the skin, and it looks like skin-colored or yellowish growths that have a central opening or pore. The condition is typically painless and does not itch but is a noticeable growth on the skin. The cause of the condition is considered hereditary.
A local registered nurse contacted me recently to see what she could do about her Sebaceous Hyperplasia and I recommended the Royal Bee Skin Healing Cream. I offered to give her a sample to try and within 3 days, she was calling and shouting the praises or Royal Bee Skin Healing Cream from the rafters. She’s now in her early 50s and said she had battled this skin condition since she was a teenager and it was now going away with this simple cream. Another week and it was totally gone.
Sea Salt – The Miracle Remedy for Dry Skin Itch
I’ve also found that if my psoriasis crops up, I can have it totally gone in 3 days if I drink 8 oz of carrot juice twice a day. And just recently, I found the best remedy yet for itchy skin. And that remedy is plain old Sea Salt. Now not regular table salt – you have to get the Sea Salt. I bought the Real Salt Sea Salt, but the next time I’m going to order the Celtic Sea Salt from amazon because it’s said to be even better than the one I bought.
Your itch can be so intense you just can’t hardly stand it and all you do is get in the shower and spray yourself down with sea salt dissolved in pure water. Let it stay on for about 3 minutes and rinse in the shower – and pat dry. Your itch will be gone as quickly as you can do that. If it’s a small area, just dissolve a little sea salt in water and dip a paper towel in the salt water and wipe over the itchy area and it stops instantly. IT IS AMAZING.
We could talk forever about dry itchy skin, especially right here in the depths of winter. So let me also give you a couple of quick remedies for dry cracked winter skin.
Home Remedy For Dry Rough Hands
The best home remedy for rough hands is to pour just a tbsp of any oil – Crisco, olive oil or any oil ( I use coconut oil from Garden of Life on amazon and I also use that very same oil for my oil swishing) and add a tsp of sugar. Wash your hands under hot running water and then lather your hands in the oil and sugar mixture and rub together for 1 to 2 minutes and rinse. Your hands will be soft and as smooth as silk. AMAZING results after just one time!
Home Remedy For Dry Cracked Heels
The best home remedy for dry, cracked heels is 1 tbsp Vaseline, 1 tbsp baby lotion from the Dollar Store and 1 tbsp of Vitamin E Cream – all from the Dollar store if you don’t have them in your cabinet.
Soak feet in tub or shower for just a couple minutes and pat dry and lather with this mixture and put on heavy socks. AMAZING results after just one time! And for even more amazing results, soak your feet in a dish pan or foot tub and to that tub add enough of the warmest water you can stand, 1/2 cup of apple cider vinegar and 1/2 cup Listerine and I use the generic Listerine.
If you add the sea salt and a little baking soda you get a double whammy. OH my GOODNESS, your feel will be so soft you can’t hardly keep your socks ON. 🙂
There are home remedies for most everything and unless it’s a medical emergency, that’s what we try first. I hope you find one or more of these remedies helpful today!

I was just wondèring what remedy you have for psoriasis on the scalp. It’s a very persistent and embarrassing problem I have. Along with what I think is psoriasis in my ears and on my face. But I am more interested about my scalp condition.
Thank you

Hi Candy … I have psoriasis myself and I don’t like to use prescription things if I can avoid it. When MY psoriasis crops up – which is rare any more – I’m 69 … but I either juice carrots and spinach and it usually is gone by the 3rd day … OR I use the Royal Bee Skin Healing Cream and put that on about 4 -5 times a day and rub it in good. That Royal Bee cream is almost miraculous in my opinion. I’ve bout – gads – probably a dozen – just to give away. Here’s a link to read about it and our amazon link is in this blog too … you can order from that if you decide to – OR not .. lol But it’s hard to find unless you find it at a flea market. I think just about everybody I’ve given it to has ordered more. But the carrot and spinach juice will work too if you’re near a big city where you can buy it or have your own juicer….I know that stuff is miserable when it crops up … good luck with yours … here’s the link to just one of my blogs about the Royal Bee Skin Healing Cream. Hope you stop back by often .. Kay http://lovehomeandhealth.com/all-about-royal-bee-skin-healing-cream/

Candy, My daughter had it on her scalp and she used and occasionally still uses what a woman from our local CVS suggested. It has been a blessing to her, really!!! Hope you can find it and it helps you too. It’s called MG217 Psoriasis, coal tar formula, medicated conditioning shampoo. I’m sure it’s not all natural..but it worked and she doesn’t need to use it often anymore… and it’s like she has ‘head’.

And you can both look on the bottle and see what the ingredients are. Just research anything you’re not sure about. Thanks Cindy …
