Cancer – How does it develop?
Cancer is probably the most searched subject on the internet. Surprisingly, not many people are looking for cancer prevention ideas. They’re all looking for Holistic Health recommendations AFTER the diagnosis. Cancer develops from our diets and lifestyle, plain and simple. We’re eating the wrong foods and foods loaded with their own carcinogens and more often than not, we don’t even look on the packaging to see what is inside that food we’re putting in our cart at the grocery.
We ALL Have Cancer Cells In Our Bodies NOW!
We’ve all heard that we all have cancer cells in our bodies right now. But the trick to not getting active cancer is to keep those cancer cells asleep for a lifetime. That’s easier than it sounds, but the problem is, most of us don’t want to do the things we’d need to do to keep those cancer cells in a comatose state.
Some countries have a diet and lifestyle that just naturally keeps cancer cells asleep. For instance, the Japanese people have a very low incidence of cancer as long as they stay in Japan, but you let them move to the U.S. and start eating our junk foods and taking on our so called good habits and many of them end up with the same cancers that we get on that same diet and lifestyle.
Cancer Prevention Foods
There are a few foods that are just natural cancer inhibitors and that’s what we’re going to talk about today.
1. Cruciferous Vegetables like cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower, brussel sprouts, collard, mustard and turnip greens – to name a few.
Take cabbage for instance – it is one of the best foods for warding off waking cancer cells. It’s loaded with polyphenols and they work like real garbage collectors to help the body get rid of carcinogens. And it also has indoles that get our protective enzymes revved up to help protect us from waking cancer cells. It’s said that the more raw cabbage we eat – the lower our risk of many cancers. I’m thinking we should all be eating a little raw cabbage or even a little cole slaw made in a healthy way … daily!!! What do YOU think?
2 Garlic – I’m not a fan of garlic. But we all know it’s supposed to be good for cholesterol and that it has antibacterial properties and it’s believed that it inhibits the cancer causing properties of fried foods.
3. Tomatoes – Did you know tomatoes are one of the healthiest foods we can eat? It would be very beneficial if we all had just a little bit of some kind of tomato product daily. Because just a little bit would go a long way, health wise. There was an older man on a television show recently and he was so vibrant and alive for his late 80’s and the emcee of the show asked if he had a secret to his long life and vitality. He said he ate 2 tbsps of tomato sauce daily and he felt that was the secret to his good and vibrant health and personality. Tomatoes contain 3 phytonutrients that help prevent the formation of carcinogens in our bodies. So YAH FOR TOMATOES!!!
4. Strawberries and Grapes – They both contain ellagic acid and that neutralizes cancer and the toxins that cause cancer cells to wake up in our bodies. So we need to be eating those 2 things often to keep those cancer cells asleep.
5. Tangerines – They are loaded with a phytonutrient that inhibits the invasiveness of cancer. It’s also said to possibly slow the progression of breast cancer after a person already has it. So they really should be eaten daily too.
6. Yogurt – We all know all about yogurt and the health benefits of eating a food that contains lactobacillus, acidophilus and bifidus bacteris. They help fight carcinogens in our tummies and they help reduce the production of cancer causing chemicals. We should eat a little pure yogurt daily. And we’d probably be tons better off if we ate the one with no foo foo in it.
7. Enzymes – They’re in raw foods and are necessary for good digestion. And without digesting our foods like we should … that old food is just going to lay in our tummies and rott. YUCK!!! But that’s so true. We have to have enzymes to keep our foods digesting and keep things moving on out. Just like on the old TV cowboy show Rawhide “Load ’em UP and MOVE ’em OUT” A few fresh fruits and raw veggies daily will give you all the good enzymes you need. But you really need to have them daily.
We just have to realize that we are in control of our own health. And we need to stop putting of until tomorrow … what we should have started yesterday!

They’re simple and easy to understand and ,most can easily be read in a couple hours …
